For the fourth year in a row, Alliant Energy was named to Forbes list of America’s Best Midsize Employers. Presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the list spans 25 industry sectors and recognizes 500 large and 500 midsize employers in the United States.
The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.
Candidate responses were categorized into six main drivers of employer attractiveness, including:
- Atmosphere at work and potential for development
- Image
- Working Conditions
- Salary/wage
- Workplace
- Diversity
