Significant industrial growth in the communities we serve continued in 2022. As of Nov. 1, partnerships with community and state economic development professionals in Iowa and Wisconsin have led to the following successes:
- 64 industrial projects.
- $2.31 billion in new capital investment.
- 4,156 new jobs.
Not surprisingly, some of the greatest employment gains came from existing industry. Food processing and ingredients and original equipment manufacturers led all industries in project activity.
