This free service provides information on your facility’s energy performance and offers details to help prioritize investments in energy-efficiency upgrades.

Keep in mind:

Businesses smaller than 20,000 square feet do not qualify for this program. (Smaller businesses can use our Business Energy Solutions program to receive a free audit.)
All funding is available to Iowa commercial and industrial customers on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to budget restrictions.
Only buildings to which we supply primary heating or cooling energy are eligible.

After the audit, we'll provide you with a report on areas of potential improvement that includes:

Description of energy-consuming systems.
Analysis of 12 months of billing.
Illustration of energy consumption by end use.
Benchmarks of energy use and cost against peer facilities.
Recommendations of energy savings with estimated costs and financial metrics.
