We pay $10/ton for eligible equipment. 

Additional requirement: One incentive per 12-month period.

Eligible equipment:

• Remote condensing commercial refrigeration unit tuneups.
• Self-contained commercial refrigeration unit tuneups.

We pay $20/ton on eligible equipment.

Additional requirement: Landlord approval is required if leasing.

Eligible equipment and rebate amount:

• Glass door freezers: $75 per unit.
• Solid door freezers: $75 per unit.
• LED refrigerated case lighting: $0.14 per kilowatt-hour up to 70% of the total project cost (exact amount determined during audit).
• Refrigeration retrofits: Up to 70% of project costs.
  • Add antisweat heater controls and case doors.
  • Add low- and no-heat cooler case doors.
  • Add ENERGY STAR commercial ice machines and retrofit heads.
  • Replace ice machine with higher efficiency ice machine.
  • Replace freezer gasket seals.
  • Replace strip curtains.
  • Install cooler night curtains and doors to open cases.
  • Install ECM Evaporator fan motors, controls or compressors.
  • Install floating head pressure controls.
  • Install vending machine controller.
  • Add auto door closers and occupancy controls to cases.
  • Upgrade refrigerated case lighting to LED.

Additional requirements:

• Landlord approval is required if leasing.
• You must choose ENERGY STAR or Design Lights Consortium qualified lighting.

Eligible equipment:

• To qualify, your project must replace non-LED lighting, such as T12, CFL, fluorescent or incandescent fixtures.
• To replace older LEDs, contact us to review the project.

We pay $0.14 per kilowatt-hour up to 70% of the total project cost (exact amount determined during audit).
