Our Grant County Solar Project in the town of Potosi is the largest by megawatt solar field we operate. The site features nearly 350 acres of native pollinator habitat as well as a flock of sheep that feed and maintain vegetation. We paired the project with a 100-megawatt battery energy storage system that stores and releases excess solar power. We expect the site will generate an estimated $30 million in new shared revenue for the county and town over the project’s life.
