Summary: Mr. Cortina brings to the Board extensive experience in public policy, compliance, corporate governance, environmental and legal matters.
Mr. Cortina has been Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Oshkosh Corporation, a leading innovator of mission-critical vehicles and essential equipment, since November 2024. From February 2023 until November 2024, Mr. Cortina served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. He previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2016 to 2023. He has held various roles of increasing responsibility since joining Oshkosh Corporation in 2003.
