Pleasant Creek Solar Project

Project overview

We purchased Pleasant Creek Solar from its developer, Duane Arnold Solar LLC, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources LLC. The site’s first 50 megawatts began operating in March 2024, with another 150 megawatts in service since December 2024. We expect Pleasant Creek Solar will generate over $1.6 million in property tax revenue over its project life.

  • Homes powered: Approximately 40,000 annually.
