I grant to Alliant Energy Corporate Services, Inc., its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Alliant Energy”), my permission to use and reproduce my name, words, photograph, portrait, picture, likeness, voice, mannerisms or any combination of any of the above (collectively, “Use”), through video, radio, print, facsimile, recording or any other media, or any combination of any of the above, whether still, single, multiple or moving, in which I may be included in whole or in part, for the purpose of endorsement or advertising of goods, products and services offered for sale by Alliant Energy Corporate Services, Inc., its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates.
I agree to assume all risk of loss and to defend, indemnify and hold Alliant Energy harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses of whatever nature or character arising out of this Release. I understand and agree that I will not be compensated in any way for the Use by Alliant Energy.
I understand that I have the right to grant this permission, and I do so freely and voluntarily.
