Tree-planting grants for your community
We’ll help you plant trees! Apply for a Branching Out grant from Alliant Energy. We’ll help pay for your trees and connect you with an expert from Trees Forever to advise on tree planting and care. Learn more at alliantenergy.com/branchingout.

A well-lit street is safer, which is why it’s important to keep streetlights maintained. If you notice a streetlight that needs repair, submit a request or call 1-800-ALLIANT (800-255-4268).
Please have the following information available to assist our team in making repairs:
- City where the light needs repair
- Street address, nearest landmark or directions to the streetlight
- Brief description of the light problem (completely out, blinks, dims, etc.)
- Contact information of the person submitting the request
