My Account is your key to helpful tools and programs – like Automatic Payment and Paperless Billing. Manage your account anywhere, anytime. Access My Account online or our Mobile App.
Once enrolled in My Account, check out all of your options:
- Pay your bill with a credit/debit card or savings/checking account
- View your energy usage over the past 13 months
- Compare your energy usage to the previous year
- View up to 36 months of billing and payment history
- Receive billing and outage notifications by email, text or phone
- View and report power outages
- Enroll in Text to Pay, Automatic Payment, Budget Billing and Paperless Billing
- Stop or move service
- Update your contact information, including email
What you need to get started:
- Alliant Energy account number
- Last four digits of your social security number (residential) or federal Tax ID number (business)
