Grain dryer
Energy efficient grain dryers use less energy and qualify for rebates from Alliant Energy.
Requirements:
- Rebate based on manufacturer specifications for 20% corn at five points moisture removal. (See claim form for details.)
- Rebates listed are only for Alliant Energy electrical customers.
Important information:
- Grain dryers with larger capacity than 5,000 bushels per hour or natural gas fired dryers qualify for Custom Rebates.
- Custom rebates require pre-approval from Alliant Energy. See Custom Rebates section for more details.
- Rebate is limited to 50% of equipment purchase price.
- Existing buildings and new construction buildings are eligible for this rebate. New construction is defined as a building completed any time during the most recent five calendar years, including the current calendar year.
