Alliant Energy, the city of Cedar Rapids and Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance cohosted the Sustainable Economy & Transportation Conference on Tuesday, May 24 and Wednesday, May 25, 2022, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 

More than 150 representatives from businesses, organizations, communities and more from across the state of Iowa and beyond:

  • Attended panel sessions. They heard from industry experts as they discussed sustainable economy and transportation opportunities and solutions. 
  • Networked with industry experts. They connected with others throughout the event and joined our networking social on May 24.
  • Checked out the exhibit hall. They interacted with exhibitors and their booths to learn more about business sustainability and how they can help them go green.
