To make changes to your information, log into My Account.
- Log into My Account.
- Click on My Profile.
- Click on Account Overview.
- Scroll down to Contact Information.
- Choose the Edit icon beneath Mailing Address.
- Enter the new Mailing Address and click the Save button.
Note: Updating the mailing address does not start or stop service. Please log in to My Account or visit our Services page for start or stop requests.
- Log in to My Account.
- Click on My Profile.
- Click on Account Overview.
- Scroll down to Contact Information.
- Choose the Edit icon next to Primary Phone Number.
- Enter your new phone number into the Primary Phone Number field.
- Click the Save button.
- Log in to My Account.
- Click on My Profile.
- Click on Account Overview.
- Scroll down to Contact Information.
- Choose the Edit icon next to Email Address.
- Enter your new email address in the Email Address field.
- Click the Save button.
- Log in to My Account.
- Click on My Profile.
- Click on Notification Preferences.
- Click the drop down On or Off.
- Check or uncheck the box next to Select Channel.
- Update or add your contact method(s).
- Click the Save button.
- Log in to My Account.
- Click on My Profile.
- Click on Guest User.
- Click Invite User.
- Complete the Invite User form.
- Click Submit.
Note: Full access will allow the Guest to make changes. View only access will only allow the Guest to view your account information.
