Development ready sites in Iowa and Wisconsin
Alliant Energy serves thousands of large industrial customers throughout its two-state service area. We understand the considerations you have when looking to expand and relocate.
To help facilitate the connection of our customers and prospective customers, we have identified Alliant Energy Growth Sites throughout our service area. Generally, these sites have a minimum of 80 acres, are served by Alliant Energy electric and/or natural gas, and are development-ready. Many sites are larger than 80 acres and some are rail served. Some Alliant Energy Growth Sites are not only served by Alliant Energy, but are being developed by us as well.
