How does it work?
Instead of phoning our call center, agency staff can complete necessary tasks online quickly and easily.
Some of the convenient services include:
- Viewing a customer's usage and payment history
- Viewing a customer's disconnect history
- Entering other comments on customers' accounts
Energy Assistance Center is free of charge to agencies who partner with Alliant Energy.
