The Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council and E-Community: Dubuque coordinator invited local employers, union representatives and other community leaders to serve on the E-Community Dubuque Advisory Committee.

The Advisory Committee meets regularly with the coordinator to help guide and develop the E-Community Dubuque 2005 Action Plan, promote implementation of projects and identify energy opportunities and initiatives.
