The program set a new record in 2005, with 387 employees and retirees tracking 76,646 volunteer hours – the equivalent of more than $1.3 million in labor costs. The Alliant Energy Foundation directed nearly $100,000 in their names to hundreds of non-profit organizations. The Alliant Energy Foundation also offers employees and retirees a Matching Gifts Program, providing dollar-for-dollar matches to donations to qualifying non-profit associations. | |
