The Alliant Energy Center is an award-winning, multi-building complex located near downtown Madison, Wis.

The complex encompasses 160 acres of green space and attracts more than one million visitors to hundreds of events each year. The center includes:

• The 10,000-seat Memorial Coliseum;
• The 255,000-square-foot Exhibition Hall;
• Eight large agricultural exhibit buildings; and
• The new 29-acre Willow Island.

Among the major attractions each year are the World Dairy Expo, the Midwest Horse Show and Fair, and the Dane County Fair. The Center's Coliseum is also home to professional sports teams, as well as concerts by top recording artists.

Alliant Energy purchased the naming rights to the center, formerly called the Dane County Expo Center, in May 2000.
