Focus on Energy offers Cash-Back Rewards for ENERGY STAR qualified compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs), lamps, fixtures and ceiling fans with a qualified light kit. Incentives on LED holiday lights are also offered seasonally. Focus can even help you find a CFL recycling site at a participating retailer near you.
Have questions about choosing the most energy efficient appliances? Focus can help you identify which of your old appliances may be wasting energy and how to select more efficient models. Cash-Back Rewards are also available on high efficiency water heaters.

Focus on Energy offers Cash-Back Rewards for customers who purchase qualified heating and cooling equipment from participating HVAC contractors.
This program helps increase the comfort and efficiency of existing homes. Trained consultants perform comprehensive home evaluations, which include checking insulation levels, conducting blower door tests for air leaks, checking the safety of combustion equipment and addressing problem areas. Your consultant can also tell you about the Cash-Back Rewards offered by Focus on Energy for completing recommended improvements.
More than 150 companies participate in Home Performance with ENERGY STAR, including consultants, insulation contractors, home improvement and remodeling companies.

The Wisconsin ENERGY STAR Homes Program for new residential construction offers customers the comfort and added peace of mind that the performance of your new home has been verified, meeting or exceeding nationally recognized and proven cold climate building standards.

Property owners or managers of buildings with four or more units can contact Focus on Energy for a no-cost site assessment. An Energy Advisor will complete theassessment and send the owner and contractor estimates of energy savings and available program rewards. Higher rewards for highest efficiency equipment and for projects improving multiple systems can help you implement better and more energy-saving measures.
Typical projects include upgrading to energy-efficient HVAC and water heating equipment and installing energy-efficient lighting in common areas.
