Qualifying replacement windows ENERGY STAR rated for northern climate zone (U-factor 0.35 or less), min. size of 8 sq. ft. each; one opening equals one window

$20 window/sash

Note:

  • You must be a residential electric or natural gas customer of Alliant Energy-IPL in Minnesota.
  • Replacement windows must be installed in a conditioned space where Alliant Energy-IPL supplies the primary heating or cooling energy.
  • Replacement windows must be ENERGY STAR rated for the northern climate zone, certified by the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC), and have a minimum NFRC rating equal to 0.35 or less U-factor.
  • One opening equals one window.
  • Attach an itemized and dated invoice from the contractor or retailer (include window or manufacturer, model and size) along with your claim form.

This program is effective January 1, 2009, through December 31, 2009, and is subject to periodic review by Alliant Energy-IPL.
