Alliant Energy has increased rebate amounts for flood-affected customers in Iowa. Recovering homes and businesses can get additional cash back for energy-efficient appliance purchases. Get answers to frequently asked questions about the flood rebate increase. |
When submitting claim forms, it is extremely important to fill out the paperwork completely, providing all necessary information, receipts, invoices or verifications.
Submitting an incomplete form will cause a significant delay in processing the claim— which is not good customer service for either you or your customer.
If you repeatedly submit incomplete claims, your Participating Dealer status may be revoked.
If you submit both a heating and a cooling claim for the same customer, you need to make a copy of the receipt. Heating and cooling claims are processed separately; please do not attach everything together with only one receipt.
If you change the condenser and coils to make a certain SEER which is not in the ARI directory, you need to send corresponding factory verification to receive the correct incentive.
