Circulating fans are mounted inside the building and operate at zero static pressure. They are an essential part of an agricultural operation and play an important role in livestock health and production. The air movement circulating fans provide is critical during hot and/or humid conditions because it reduces animal stress and possible production losses.
Fan efficiency is measured by the amount of air moved per watt of power (cfm/watt).
| Fan Size | CFM/watt | Rebate |
| 12-23 inch | 11.0 cfm per watt | $25 |
