We are continually working to improve our system reliability. Our role is to be there when you need us - no matter what - and we take that responsibility very seriously. Even so, there can be disruptions to your utility service and safety is our first priority.
Nearly 3 out of every 4 power outages is caused by weather. Several types of weather can cause widespread problems, including lightning, high winds, tornadoes, rain, snow, ice and extreme heat.
