FAQs - Payments

To complete the final phase of our customer information and billing system upgrade, some payment options, including My Account, are temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your patience as we work to provide all of our customers with additional payment options and online features.

IOWA CUSTOMERS

Customers in Iowa are not able to access My Account or make payments online or through 1-800-ALLIANT from February 10 to 15. All payment options, including My Account, will be available again the morning of February 15.

If you are enrolled in Automatic Payment, or pay by check or money order, and have a payment due date between February 10 and 15, you will not need to do anything different. Your payment will process as usual. 

We are not assessing late payment penalties during the upgrade.

WISCONSIN CUSTOMERS

Customers in Wisconsin are not able to access My Account or make payments online or through 1-800-ALLIANT from February 12 to 15. All payment options, including My Account, will be available again the morning of February 15.

If you are enrolled in Automatic Payment, or pay by check or money order, and have a payment due date between February 12 and 15, you will not need to do anything different. Your payment will process as usual. 

There is no negative impact to your account during the upgrade.
