What should I do if I can't pay my bill?

If you can't pay your bill in full, you can request a pay plan to fulfill your obligation over the next 30 days. If you need additional time, please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-800-255-4268.If you're on a limited income, our consultants can also help you determine if you're eligible for an energy assistance program.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes! We have various options to pay your bill.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card?

For a fee, payments can be made with a credit card. You can make a one-time or recurring payment with a credit card over the phone or via the Internet with our Western Union® Speedpay® option.

What other payment options do you offer?

We have several payment options available on our Payment Options page. You can select the payment method that fits your needs.

Where can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill online.

 You may also pay your bill by mail in the return envelope provided with your bill; if you misplace the envelope, mail your payment to one of our post office boxes.

Where can I send a letter of credit or deposit?

Iowa customers may be required to provide a deposit or letter of credit for service connection. These materials can be mailed to:
