Scholarship Programs

The Alliant Energy Foundation's Scholarship Program has established partnerships with a number of colleges and universities within the company's utility service area to support the higher education financial needs of worthy students.

In November 2004, the Foundation introduced Community Service Scholarships to recognize outstanding community leadership in young people and help students reach their academic goals.

The Foundation also offers a scholarship program for sons and daughters of Alliant Energy employees, which provides funding for their pursuit of a degree from a two- or four-year college, university of technical/vocational school.

Since 1999, the Foundation has given nearly $1 million to fund scholarships and training programs.
