Amy Cralam

Vice President and General Counsel

Amy Cralam is a Vice President and the General Counsel for Alliant Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: LNT). In her role, Amy advises the company and its Board of Directors regarding legal issues effecting the organization. This role also includes advising on risk mitigation and providing legal support for the corporate strategy. Amy leads a team of legal professionals that support all aspects of the company’s business, including regulatory, commercial, employment, real estate and litigation.

Since joining the company in 2006, Amy has held numerous roles within the Legal Department including Assistant Corporate Secretary, Manager of Corporate Compliance and Assistant General Counsel. She also spent time working in Wisconsin Operations where she was responsible for commercial and industrial customer management, economic and community development for our Wisconsin service area.

Prior to joining Alliant Energy, Amy practiced in a law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and worked in the healthcare sector. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Dane County.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Beloit College, a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a law degree from Hamline University.
